Throughout individual psychotherapy, you will have the opportunity to reflect on past experiences,
to share current behaviours, and to set goals for the future.
We strive to engage children and youth of all ages in therapeutic modalities that are most appropriate to their age and interest (e.g., art, talk therapy, or play therapy). Our goal is to always make them feel understood, seen, heard, and develop the skills needed to work through difficult emotions and experiences.
With the help of a therapist, families, siblings, parent and child, or extended family members can improve communication, resolve conflict and work towards enhancing positive connections within the family dynamic.
