Walk and Talk Therapy is great for those who want to add some physical activity while gaining benefits from psychotherapy at the same time. Those who enjoy nature often find this method of therapy particularly enjoyable, as it can provide many opportunities to reflect and become more mindful, all with the added benefits of nature, movement and a change of scenery.
We will meet at a chosen location such as a park or neighbourhood that you are comfortable with. We’ll walk at a pace that suits you and allows you space to talk and reflect. You always have the option to switch back and forth between in-office and Walk and Talk sessions whenever you would like. The flexibility is up to you and what works best for you.
The outdoors can have a positive effect on your mental and physical health. Time spent in nature promotes healing and can reduce stress. By becoming more connected to nature, it can enrich your overall well-being.
Walk and Talk therapy is a 80 minute session for $160.00
As with all therapy sessions, you have the option to pay via credit card or e-transfer.
